How do I start?

How would I know that See Kwong has received my order?
You will receive a Confirmation Email from email@example.com that states your order has been received.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is processed, you can no longer cancel your order.
How do I apply promotional code to my order?
At the checkout page, there is a promo code column. Enter the Coupon code and you will see the discount has been applied on your sub-total.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept payment via eGHL for website orders.
eGHL supports payment via:

• online banking payment in Malaysia

What is the product transaction currency?
As a Malaysian Company, all transactions are performed in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (MYR).
Is it safe to give you my credit card number and personal information over the Internet?
See Kwong is strongly committed in ensuring the security of all its systems and data.
In addition, we use eGHL by GHL ePayments as our payment gateway. eGHL is certified as PCI DSS Level 1 (highest level of compliance) and governed by Bank Negara Malaysia.
How much would delivery cost?

FREE OF CHARGE. After payment is made, we will contact you once the order is ready to be collected.
Good news! We offer country-wide delivery in Malaysia through courier service.
Delivery fees will be shown in checkout based on merchandise weight and delivery location.
For this option, delivery fees need to be paid during checkout.
When can I receive my order?
Delivery usually will take about 3 working days to 7 working days depending on location.
West Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days
East Malaysia 5 – 7 working days
I haven’t received my parcel, who can I contact?
Once we dispatch your order, the third party postal service providers are responsible for your package.
We will provide you with the tracking number and postal service used, and you can contact the respective postal service for any enquiries regarding your parcel.
What is See Kwong return policy and who do I contact regarding returns?
You can also contact us based on your preferred method via email, Whatsapp or even visit our store.
What are the conditions to qualify for return/ exchange?
Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follows:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong merchandise (incorrect item) being shipped
How do I return a purchase?
Please email us with (1) a reason for return or exchange, (2) images supporting the application and (3) order number # must be provided to place an application.
We will email you a credit note to mail in with your item as well as the return address once the pre-condition for Online Purchase is fulfilled.
Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded (if you paid any) and you will be responsible for the returned shipping costs.
